By sending any message to the WhatsApp Todo Bot (the “Bot”, the “Service”), you (“User”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

WhatsApp Todo Bot is a personal productivity tool that allows users to manage tasks via WhatsApp and optionally synchronize those tasks with Google Calendar. The Service is provided by Or Kurtz (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, “our”) as an independent, individually operated project.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
